Carbon fiber rope is a rope made of carbon fiber, referred to as carbon rope for short. Taking polyacrylonitrile-based carbon rope as an example, its common diameter is 2.0, the weight per meter is 1.8g, the minimum tensile load is 100N, the maximum loop strength is 100N, the minimum loop strength is 60N, and the ash content is less than 0.5%. It is a high-temperature resistant material with excellent electrical conductivity. The carbon ropes produced by our factory are woven from Toray T700-12k high-strength carbon fibers through a special process, featuring high strength, light weight, good heat resistance, and a small thermal expansion coefficient. Common diameters include Φ1mm, Φ2mm, Φ3mm, Φ4mm, Φ5mm, Φ6mm, Φ8mm, Φ10mm, etc.
The surface is smooth and free of hair-like filaments; the electrical conductivity is stable; carbon content: 95-98%; ash content < 0.5%; maximum temperature resistance: 2700°C (under inert gas); tensile force ≥ 400N, approximately 7 grams per meter. It has been widely used in various fields such as different types of negative ion conductive electrodes, bundling and sewing of carbon felt for vacuum furnace heat insulation layers, etc. It can also be made into carbon strand ropes or braided ropes according to user requirements.
